A Tooling Engineer turned HR Professional , is the Director of CEO SKILL FOUNDATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED , a CEO Group company dedicated to Skill development especially aimed at bridging the Gap between Education and Employment in India , by bringing Industry – Institute partnerships . He is also the Group HR Head and BD head of CEO Group of companies who are known for their HR Consultancy across the Globe. Besides He is the DIRECTOR of CEO SKILL FOUNDATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

 

Being a product of NTTF in Precison Tooling, He specialized in the field of Training and Development through the Diploma in ISTD’s Training and development, is also an OD Consultant, spearheading many change management initiatives among corporate clients in various domains from Automotive to Pharmaceuticals, especially on CULTURE TRANSFORMATION through people centric interventions coupled with Training led Consultancy programs. He is a wanted SOFT SKILL TRAINER catering to the entire cross

section of the Target audience from Communication skills to TA, LEADERSHIP COACHING, TTT etc, besides various PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS.

 

He has an entrepreneurial background of establishing and running an Engineering enterprise in Indonesia and Singapore, being a Singapore citizen as well as an Indian . He is also an ISO Consultant besides supporting many other Process improvement programs

such as TPM, TQM, LEAN, SIX SIGMA, QMS, EMS, KAISEN, KANBAN, GEMBA, TTT,5S etc, He was TRAINING MANAGER in Titan watches in 80’s and responsible for designing developing and delivering various ON THE JOB Training Courses through the Captive Training centre planned and institutionalised by him as the head of the department of Training.

He has conducted various Work shops, seminars, symposia for the following MNCs: Ashok Leyland , GE , Alicon , TVS , Himatsingka linen, Visteon, Hinduja foundries, Dr Reddy’s, Modine, Arun excello, Kellogg’s, Lumax DK, Rane (Madras) Ltd ,Titan watches

Currently He is spearheading a project called LEARN WHILE YOU EARN which is a WORK INTEGRATED TRAINING PROGRAM floated by Ministry of HRD , approved by UGC , AICTE 2 for a Bachelor Degree called B Voc for the first time in the Country for Working persons to obtain a Degree as well as to go beyond a Degree . CEO Skill Foundations private limited is an execution Partner to TATA INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SCIENCES, MUMBAI which is a deemed university – the nodal agency appointed for this program across the Country by Government of India.

 

Being an active Rotarian, he has an eye on Social service as well , by contributing and deriving a “service thy satisfaction” approach to personal life too . For the year 2015-16 he was the Secretary of Rotary Club of Adyar and has pledged to render total support to the Club President and the team of Directors in undertaking various Rotary service Projects. He has also pioneered an Overseas funding for a Rotary service project through an Australian philanthropic group for the club. He was an INTERACT Club member during his School days in Coimbatore.

Cricket – Travelling – Reading & Writing - Music & People are his preferred interest while Training& Teaching are his passion. He has travelled vastly across the Globe and has immense interest in Indian culture, ethos and Values.
